We collect only the following information:

• Email address — for account login, password reset, and essential service communications
• Password — stored as a secure hash (we cannot see your actual password)
• Telegram Chat ID — only if you choose to enable Telegram alerts
• Plan type and access expiry date — to manage your subscription
• Account creation date — for internal record-keeping

We explicitly do not collect:

• Credit card or debit card numbers
• Bank account details
• Government ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Location data or IP addresses for tracking
• Browsing history outside of our platform
• Personal demographics (age, gender, etc.)

Your data is used solely for:

• Authenticating your account and managing access
• Verifying payments and activating subscriptions
• Sending Telegram alerts (if you opt in)
• Responding to support requests
• Sending critical service announcements (rare, no marketing)

• We never sell your data to anyone
• We never share your data with third parties for marketing
• We never send marketing or promotional emails
• We never use your data for targeted advertising
• We never retain data longer than necessary for service operation
• No token, project, or developer can pay or request us to pass our safety filters — all checks are fully automated and cannot be overridden

• All data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — we cannot see your password
• Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only
• We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and secure content delivery

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — for security, DDoS protection, and content delivery
• Telegram — for alert delivery (only if you opt in)
• DexScreener, RugCheck, Helius — for token data (no user data shared)

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with them except as necessary for service operation (e.g., your Telegram Chat ID is sent to Telegram to deliver alerts).

We use only essential cookies required for:

• Session management (keeping you logged in)
• Security (CSRF protection)

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of any inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the About Us page. We will respond within 48 hours and action deletion requests within 7 days.

• Active accounts: data retained for the duration of account activity
• Expired accounts: data retained for 90 days after expiry, then deleted
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
• Upon deletion request: all personal data deleted within 7 days, except payment records required by law

MintCheck is operated from India. If you are accessing the service from outside India, your data will be transferred to and processed in India. By using this service, you consent to this transfer. We aim to comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR principles for EU users.

MintCheck is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and all associated data immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
